Frequently Asked Questions

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, used beyond normal testing, or returned with damaged packaging may be refused. We do not charge any restocking fees.

To start a return, please email our customer service at support@havenedelu.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you the return instructions and any required forms.

Return shipments must be sent with track & trace (tracking). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or not as described.

As we process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may already be on its way. Once delivered, you can still return your order within the return window.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time (door-to-door) is 5–9 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
