Shipping Policy

INTRODUCTION

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so the customer must bear the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in Asia.


30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

All our customers benefit from a 30-day return policy on every order. These 30 days start from the date you receive the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days, giving you ample time to inspect the product and decide whether to keep it or return it.


RETURN PROCESS

If you want to return a product, it must be in its original condition and original packaging. Products that are damaged, used beyond normal testing, or whose packaging is damaged cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service at support@havenedelu.com. We will send you the return address along with a return form.

Note: You will bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Asia. Ensure that the product is sent as a registered item with a tracking code so that we can offer our return service.


RETURNING SHIPMENTS IN TRANSIT

Since our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then send them back. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping label for confirmation.


RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the original tags still attached. Shipping costs are not refunded if you decide to keep part of the items in your package.


RETURNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@havenedelu.com for a free replacement. We are committed to ensuring you receive a product in perfect condition.


RETURN COSTS

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional costs involved in making sure the package arrives at our warehouse in Asia. We recommend sending the product as registered mail with a tracking code to ensure it can be tracked and efficiently processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.


REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your return and cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.


SALE GOODS

Goods purchased on special offer can only be exchanged for another product or for a credit note. This allows flexibility if the original item does not meet your expectations.


EXCHANGES

Looking to swap your item for a different size, colour or item? Please email us at support@haven-london.com with your exchange request. We will handle the costs.


RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Email us at support@havenedelu.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return address and form from us. Print the form and include it in your package.
  3. Send the package via track & trace.
  4. Important: We need a tracking number. Without it, we cannot verify your return.
  5. Package the product carefully and send it back in original condition and packaging.
  6. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the return.

Note: The return cost to our warehouse in Asia is your responsibility. Make sure to use a registered service with tracking.

Beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the packaging is unopened.

What if I want to return an item after the 30-day window?

If your return window has passed, we may still offer an exchange or a voucher. Please ask our support team.
