1. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible.
2. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@havenedelu.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and form to include in your package.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a registered shipping method with tracking.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Can I return sale items?
Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Final sale items and beauty products (if opened) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
6. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
